The rental unit is located on 90 private acres accessed by a private gate. The owners live on site 200 yards down the road. You will encounter chickens, guineas, deer, and other wildlife on the property per the season. There is a rooster on the property as well for those who like to sleep in and are light sleepers we do recommend ear plugs as he does tend to crow around 7:30am.
