Relaxing home and entertaining space overlooking the White River. We are 15 min from UofA in Fayetteville, 10 minutes to Stone Chapel, 12 minutes to Sassafras Winery, and 35-40 min to downtown Bentonville.
The home was recently renovated in 2025 and has 3 bedrooms each with its own private entrance to the great room and the outside as well as brand new ensuite bath. All of the bedrooms have their own A/C and heating so each guest can choose their level of comfort.
